01Presenting the opportunity
We send you the full detail: location, price, rental projection and estimated return, gross and net.
02Reservation and review
If you want to go ahead, we help you reserve and we review title, charges, planning status and contract before you commit to anything more.
03Purchase
We coordinate the timetable, the paperwork and the signing. You can sign in person or remotely, by power of attorney.
04Handover of keys
We stay with you until the purchase is registered and you have the keys and all the documents.
