Spain is Atlas Oikos' third market, alongside Italy and Paraguay. It is the market we know best — it is where we operate from — and we are preparing the first opportunities to publish here under the same method we apply to everything else.

Why Spain
It is the market where we live and where we read the fine print best: regulation, tax, financing and rental demand area by area. That closeness lets us analyse deals in more depth than anywhere else and personally visit every property before publishing it.
The criteria do not change: accessible entry capital, rental numbers that hold up against data, and areas with real demand — not promises. When a Spanish deal passes the filter, it will appear in opportunities like every other.
