Atlas Oikos RE Deals is a personal real estate investment advisory. We source and analyse income-generating opportunities at accessible entry prices and guide the purchase through to handover of keys. We do not sell investment products.

Published opportunities have ranged from 33,000 to 99,000 euros or dollars depending on the market. The exact minimum varies per deal and is detailed in the brief.

Yes, in every market we operate in. Signing can be handled by power of attorney, coordinated with the local notary.
Following the opportunities is free. In Spain we will publish the fee conditions together with the first opportunities; in Italy the remuneration comes from the local agency commission; in Paraguay we charge a fixed fee per full-advisory deal.
Deal presentation, help with the reservation, legal and financial due diligence, coordination of the purchase and follow-through to handover.
No. The figures we publish come from the developer or from observed ranges and are indicative. No yield is guaranteed by Atlas Oikos.
Euros in Spain and Italy, and US dollars in Paraguay, because each purchase is transacted in its local market.
They vary by country and deal type, and include transfer taxes, notary and registration. You are also taxed on the income in your country of tax residence.
Our involvement ends at handover of keys. Managing the rental afterwards is up to the owner.
